As the Project Manager/Delivery Lead for the APS Program, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of APRA Regulatory Compliance requirements associated with the APS 200 series. Overseeing a diverse team of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Modelers, and onshore/offshore Data Engineers/Developers & Testers, I ensured the timely completion of key milestones, including the Entity Tool, APS222 Limits Monitoring Dashboard, and reporting APS200 series returns from the new Reporting Platform in the NAB Data Hub.

The scope of APS 200 series reporting included critical components such as APS220 Credit Risk Management, APS221 Large Exposures, and APS222 Association with Related Entities. Employing Agile methodology, I instituted a well-defined cadence with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives, backlog refinements, and progressive elaborations. Simultaneously, I actively managed Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Change Requests across the program, conducting weekly forums with both Business and Project teams to ensure continuous awareness.

My responsibilities extended to comprehensive program management, encompassing Stakeholder Management, Scope Management, Financial Budget Management, Forecasts vs Actuals reviews, Risks/Issues/CRs/Dependencies Management, Project Status Reporting, PAB pack/forums, Schedule development/Schedule maintenance, Release Management, Vendor Management, and strict adherence to Agile methodologies.

A noteworthy accomplishment was the successful management of the budget, conducting monthly forecast vs actuals reviews and delivering the program within the approved budget. Additionally, I played a crucial role in Implementation planning, overseeing Post-deployment TVT/BVT management, and fostering effective onshore/offshore cross-domain team collaborations.
